Catch us at three shows this winter -VMX, WVC, and MVC

Test drive CRI pumps and fluid warmers. Get the support to grow your business and take some stress out of your daily duties.

We're kicking off 2026 with three of the biggest veterinary conferences on the calendar, and we want to see you at all of them. Whether you're dealing with aging infusion pumps, looking to add fluid warmers to your setup, or just want to talk through your current equipment headaches, we'll be on the floor ready to help.

What we're bringing to all three shows

VetroCRI® Veterinary Syringe Pump

Simple CRI without software or guesswork. The VetroCRI is battery powered, accepts common 5 - 60 cc syringes, and uses visual & audible alarms to alert your team if there's an issue so you're not stuck drip-counting during the busiest moments. We'll have units you can handle and try.
IVetMATE IV Fluid Warmer

Designed for veterinary use, with accurate fluid temperatures across multiple flow rates and distances, and an easy, clinic‑friendly form factor that hangs on a pole or lays flat. Ask us how teams are integrating IVetMATE to reduce hypothermia risk during procedures.
Fast, reliable pump repair (and patient-ready pumps)

Need a plan for uptime? Talk to us about brand-specific repairs (including Alaris, Baxter, Medfusion, ICU Medical/Hospira and more), done in our ISO 13485:2016 certified depot - plus a 6-month warranty on infusion pump repairs. And yes, we offer same-day shipping on in-stock parts.

When & where

   When: January 17–21, 2026

VMX is massive - 1,200 hours of CE, 650+ exhibitors, and nearly 30,000 people from 87+ countries. It's the first big show of the year, which means it's where a lot of new products and ideas get launched. If you want to see what's coming down the pipeline for veterinary equipment and technology, this is the place to be.

The theme this year is "World Classic - Celebrating the Champions of Care" with an Olympic-inspired vibe. Early bird registration ends October 31, 2025, so if you're planning to go, now's the time to lock it in.

Can't-miss at VMX

Behind-the-scenes animal experiences. Swim with manatees, tour SeaWorld's back areas - stuff you can't do at your average conference.

Lion Club VIP tier. Priority access to sessions and entertainment, exclusive lounge, complimentary lunch vouchers. First time they're offering this level.

WVC 2026 - Las Vegas, NV

When & where

   When: February 15–18, 2026

Where: Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV

   Our booth: WVC Booth #4257

WVC is in its 98th year, and they've figured out how to make continuing education actually engaging. They've gamified the whole thing with Side-Quests - you complete a series of lectures on a topic, you earn limited-edition badges (both physical and digital). It makes the CE grind feel less like a grind.

Plus, it's Vegas. The conference entertainment hasn't been announced yet, but last year they had Kristen Bell as keynote speaker, so they know how to book talent.

Can't-miss at WVC

Behind-the-scenes animal experiences. Find Mr. Viticat (the mascot) in the exhibit hall, collect clues, win cash prizes up to $2,000.

Side-Quests gamification. Earn achievement badges for completing curated CE tracks. Makes learning feel more purposeful.

Interactive exhibit hall. Cat Café with adoptable cats, Dog House with adoptable dogs, pickleball court, Zen Garden meditation area, free professional headshots at Career Corner.

60+ hands-on labs. Small class sizes at dedicated education centers with free shuttle service from Mandalay Bay.

Tuesday night concert. Performer TBA (announcements coming soon).

Early bird registration ends October 31, 2025. Standard pass is $198 and includes all 850+ CE hours, exhibit hall, keynote, concert, and social events.

Do you really need advice on what to do outside the show in Vegas?

You're in Vegas, so:

The Strip. Obviously. But use the "Show Your Badge and Save" program through Las Vegas CVA for discounts on shows and restaurants.

Fremont Street Experience. Old Vegas downtown - live music, light shows, cheaper drinks.

Red Rock Canyon. 20 minutes west if you need to get out of the city and see actual nature.

Container Park. Downtown spot with local shops, outdoor bars, and a giant fire-breathing praying mantis (seriously).

MVC 2026 - Columbus, OH

When & where

   When: February 26–28, 2026

Where: Greater Columbus Convention Center, Columbus, OH

   Our booth: MVC Booth #240

MVC is the value play - 300+ hours of CE, 70+ world-class speakers, 150+ exhibitors, and registration that won't destroy your budget. It's the fifth-largest VMA-hosted conference, but it still feels personal. You can actually navigate the whole thing without getting exhausted, and Columbus is easy to get to from anywhere in the Midwest.

The conference consistently gets 99% excellent/very good/good ratings from attendees, and 88% say it's equal to or better than similar conventions. Translation - you're getting national-level education without paying coastal prices.

Can't-miss at MVC

Hybrid format done right. Virtual attendees get six months of on-demand access. You can watch live, catch up later, or do both. No choosing between competing sessions.

Technician Appreciation Breakfast. Saturday morning panel discussion specifically recognizing vet techs.

Dedicated team education.  Tracks for vets, techs, practice managers, admin staff, and students at every level.

Hands-on wet labs. Dental procedures, surgical techniques, ultrasound training - small groups with direct instructor supervision.

Columbus Blue Jackets game. Past years have included hockey games as fundraisers. Check the schedule to see if they're doing it again.

Registration and booth rental run substantially lower than Vegas or Orlando shows. If you're budget-conscious but still want top-tier speakers, this is your conference.

What to do outside of the show

Columbus is underrated for food and culture:

Short North Arts District. Walkable from the convention center - galleries, restaurants, bars, local shops.

North Market. Historic public market downtown with 30+ local vendors. Good for quick lunch or dinner.

German Village. Historic neighborhood south of downtown - brick streets, bookshops, Schmidt's Sausage Haus.

Franklinton. Warehouse district west of downtown - breweries, Land-Grant Brewing, Seventh Son, plus art galleries.

Let's connect

See you in Orlando, Vegas, and Columbus.
